Get Up & Go by Children’s Health℠ is taking our “show on the road” to teach children how they can lead healthier lives – and why it’s fun to be fit!  We’ve partnered with area schools and after-school programs to deliver nutrition education classes to students throughout North Texas.

Our team is making it easy for kids to learn and understand the value of building healthy habits at a young age. We offer four-week, six-week and eight-week nutrition education classes held in school and after school for children ages 6-11.  We can train the school staff to offer the program, or provide a turn-key option where our health educator teaches the entire curriculum. With either format, we are empowering schools to help their students be healthier.
